DELIVERY
Furniture delivery is generally via white-glove, blanket wrap delivery company, though smaller items may be packed and shipped via FedEx or UPS. Allow 2-8 weeks for delivery. Delivery to metropolitan areas in the eastern third of the country generally occur more quickly, while delivery to smaller towns and the western US will take longer. Advertised delivery prices assume major metro delivery in the eastern US; other destinations may be higher.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Order may be cancelled for any reason at no cost until the item ships. Once the item is picked up by the shipping company, return policy applies.
RETURN POLICY
Items purchased for full list price may be returned for refund of purchase price as long as the return is initiated within 3 days following delivery. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Buyer must pay shipping charges both ways and item must be received by Boyd’s Fine Furnishings in same condition as it was shipped. Discounted items are final sale, no returns.
