An Italian Provincial style king size headboard by Century Furniture, from their Cardella Collection. Cherry wood frame, decoratively carved, arched top with center carved shell, center inset with caning, low posts at sides with fluted columns and capped by large finials. Pre-drilled holes near bottom of posts for attaching a bed frame. Made in North Carolina, USA, circa 1980's.
