Mahogany with carved pediment top to headboard & a center finial, fluted & turned upper rail to footboard, four fluted & turned short posts with finials, brass hardware, metal clip held side rails with wood bracers, and four wood slats for providing mattress support. Side rails can be alternatively attached for full size. Made in North Carolina, USA, in the late 20th Century.
