Solid hardwood with hand painted Chinoiserie scenes & gold painted accents on black lacquer, the breakfront, decorative brass hardware, gold banded ogee recessed edge to the top, ogee detail under drawers & doors, and a solid base. Features three drawers, with center drawer having a liftable hinged gold embossed leather writing surface lid with storage under the lid. Beneath the drawers are two center lockable solid doors flanked on each side by one lockable solid door, all revealing interior storage cabinets, each having one adjustable wood shelf. Includes one key. Made in the late 20th Century.
