Here is a linen press made from mahogany in the style of George III. Upper compartment features three sliding / removable trays for storing linens or clothing. Base section features two short and two long drawers, all of which have locks (no keys are present). The top of the piece is finished with a moulded cornice, the doors feature and oval inlay design, drawers have brass pulls. The piece rests on bracket feet. Origin is likely Late 18th Century.
