Made of ceramic in a rounded square shape, green and black in color with Tree of Life on all four sides, a gold accent ring over base, and a black painted metal base. Has a removable brass harp and finial. Single standard bulb socket and 3-way rotary switch. Likely made in the USA, circa 1960's.
