An antique lingerie chest in the French Louis XV style, unbranded. Constructed of kingwood with a bowed front, inlaid floral designs on the drawer fronts, brass drawer pulls, cream color marble top, and brass ormolu on the feet. Features five drawers of dovetail construction. Made in France, during the late 19th - early 20th Century.

Excellent antique condition with signs of light wear consistent with age and previous use. Some minor superficial scuffs. Very minor chip to marble top at back right side, see photos. Structurally sound and sturdy.
