A Colonial style hutch by Ethan Allen. Maple & birch, brass hardware, crown molding to top, carved sides to top section, and bracket feet. Upper cabinet has a plank back, wood plate holder where it rests on lower cabinet, a divided upper section with left side having two paned glass doors revealing an interior with one larger adjustable plate grooved wood shelf and right side having one paned glass door revealing an interior with one smaller adjustable plate grooved wood shelf. Lower cabinet has three dovetail drawers to center, top center one having a divider, flanked by two side cabinets with one adjustable wood shelf in each, over two larger drawers of dovetail construction. Two piece construction. Made in Orleans, Vermont, USA, in the mid 20th Century.
