Solid mahogany with four pencil shaped posts with finials, brass covers to headboard & footboard, mounted to posts side rails, and metal side rail bracers with three wood slats, two with adjustable height floor supports, for mattress support. Made in Mebane, North Carolina, USA, in the late 20th Century.

Very good condition with signs of use, particularly to posts with some minor scratches. Side rails do not remove from posts. Bed has been disassembled between the posts at the headboard and footboard for shipping. Structurally sound and sturdy. Condition Rating: 8.5 / 10.0
