An SPNEA (Society for the Preservation of New England Antiquities) approved 18th Century reproduction, their Lady Astor. Solid mahogany with brass hardware, slant drop front desk top, pull-out desk top supports, carved apron, decorative reverse finials, cabriole legs, and pad feet. Features the lockable drop-front desk top, an interior of eight cubbies, two hidden compartments, and seven various size small drawers. Beneath the desk are four various size drawers of dovetail construction. Includes one key. Made circa 1984.
