An Asian inspired chest of drawers designed by Michael Taylor for Henredon. Mahogany with a slightly distressed finish, decorative brass hardware, square edge to top, Ming design black lacquered base with curved inward square legs. Features five upper drawers over a lower two door cabinet revealing an interior for storage and a larger lower drawer. All drawers are of dovetail construction, four of the upper drawers have removable dividers and one has a removable jewelry tray. Cabinet doors have a decorative Asian key. Made in Morganton, North Carolina, USA, circa 1982.
